Collaborative and creative thinking sessionsCollaborative and creative thinking sessions

we design and deliver collaborative and creative thinking sessions with the aim of helping organisations to embed social value in all their activities

The Need: Collaborative and creative thinking sessions can help you to embed social value in all your activities. The need for the sessions might be to regain perspective, plan the way ahead, get everyone on the same page, consult with those you need to understand or simply revive and reinvigorate your offering through action learning and creativity sessions with your team, clients and stakeholders.

Our Response:
FSquared designs, organises and delivers collaborative and creative thinking sessions for a range of purposes. Our events foster and support ethical leadership, building on opportunities and talents to drive out maximum social value and focusing on achieving the maximum impact on your organisational drivers and objectives. Creative thinking which addresses challenges and applies solutions to specific issues enables changed behaviours, approaches and outcomes. Time out from day to day pressures, combined with our innovative approach allows for real and lasting change in the workplace

Our approach to the delivery of our events is as follows:

  1. Inception Meeting – to fully define the objectives and to discuss the possible structure, attendees, length of event, etc.
  2. Design - The session design responds to the agreed aims and objectives and to the chosen participants. Further research is carried our where this is necessary. This section of the programme of activity also involves us developing appropriate resources for the event.
  3. Facilitation – We always develop an individual approach to each event we facilitate.
  4. Write-Up –  Findings are written up in agreed formats such as a report, a presentation, briefing papers, toolkits, etc.
  5. Revisit  – We also offer refresher events that enable you to revisit the findings of the initial event, to share good practice, discuss barriers and issues and generally to reflect on the lessons learnt since the initial event.

The Benefits: The main benefits of our collaborative and creative thinking sessions can be summarised as follows:

  1. Participants are informed -  They are brought up to speed with latest developments in the area of interest.
  2. Participants are inspired - They are motivated and inspired to carry what they have learnt in their working practices.
  3. Participants understand how to apply the ideas in “real” life – they know what needs to be done, when and by whom.
