- East London Line Project - Worked on this project at bid stage developing proposals around the projects Equality and Diversity requirements. Now leading stakeholder management work. The East London Line is part of Transport for London’s £10 billion investment programme. Work includes, leading the projects cutting edge approach to Supplier Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and Communications and Community Liaison.
- Olympics Delivery Partner tender – Developed the G3 teams bid work focused on developing creative solutions to secure a lasting legacy for the games and sustainable benefits for the diverse communities of London
- Fife Hospital PFI - Lead the development of the projects proposals to support and deliver local economic and social benefits through this large scale health care scheme
- North East Fire and Rescue Authority PFI - Lead the development of proposals to support community safety and local benefit in support of the procurers wider aspirations for this PFI project
- Welsh Investment Strategic Partnership - Worked with Babcock and Brown to develop ‘Benefits Realisation Plans’ to support the tender proposals for the Welsh Development Agency project to encourage commercial office development in South Wales
- Myatts Field North Housing PFI in Lambeth - Leading the development of proposals to support the projects wider aspirations around the Sustainable Communities theme
