• Over 20 years experience of working with socially excluded and hard to reach communities across the public, private and third sectors
• 8 years working for a new charity – The Big Issue in the North Trust, developing solutions to create good homes, good jobs and good lives for homeless people
• 4 years experience of the mental health sector as a community mental health manager, attachment therapist and lately as a psychotherapist with a private practice

Projects

• NHS Lift – Worked as part of bid teams across Merseyside and St Helens
• Part of delivery team for Manchester and Salford and Nottingham, developing Social Regeneration Plans, particularly around art and health, community consultation and social enterprise development
• Currently working to establish The FSquared Foundation - the charitable arm of FSquared Ltd, dedicated to increasing the impact of sustainable regeneration activities for communities.
