 We want to hear your views and ideas on ethical leadership....We want to hear your views and ideas on ethical leadership – the challenges of ethics in organisations, the challenges for individuals who want to ‘do the right thing’, the theories and values which inform our understanding of ethical behaviours and the search for higher purpose in what we do. FSquared are launching an exciting on-line resource in a couple of months which is all about the challenges of ethical leadership. The content will be available to everyone, and the service will be run not to profit. We want to explore how individuals and organisations effect change and create positive impact through their behaviours. We are interested in experience and learning across all sectors – academic, public, private, charitable and community sector, at any level. If you have written or would like to write research or articles which are relevant to this theme and would like us to consider them for publication on this new interactive “think and do” tank we’d love to hear from you. As the site develops we are going to be looking to pull together a regular group of contributors. Please submit your contact details and a brief synopsis of your work in an email titled: “Ethical Leadership Submission” to enquiries@fsquaredltd.com. We have set an initial submission deadline of Friday 19th March 2009 but will also accept submissions on an ongoing basis after this date should this deadline be unachievable for any reason We are looking to include a wide range of perspectives and themes and will consider work which has previously been submitted or published elsewhere- please include details on any previous publication in your email. |
