 Independent Community Advisor (ICA) RoleWe're delighted by the feedback we've had from residents on the impact that our role as Independent Community Advisor in Sandwell has had. Some of our favourite comments include: "It has meant a great deal to feel part of the community and to plan its future. I really enjoyed the options event and meeting people, asking tenants and residents their opinions and explaining plans. It was surprising that once they knew you were a resident how much they opened up! I have also learnt not to "run before we can walk" the process is a step by step one and blocks of flats can't be done tomorrow or next week, it all takes time and I have to be patient, within reason!" "FSquared have worked tirelessly in getting the consultation sorted and any issues promptly solved I can now say its a pleasure to be part of this fantastic project. Thank you" "Jane and Jason have been the glue that has held us altogether, just being there as pair of ears and someone to offer an outside opinion has been very useful.
