A key objective of the project was to promote community safety, FSquared were appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine, to develop proposals for community safety and to support the bid development process through team alignment activities. |

Outcomes
We produced a ‘Supporting Community Safety Strategy’ that set out how the Sir Robert McAlpine could support the Fire Authorities work on Community Safety this included:
• Arts programme
• Community Engagement
• Stakeholder engagement
• Training and employment
We also supported the bid development process holding bid team workshops, stakeholder workshops and undertaking locality context research to understand the wider context for the project.
