| Client: | West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC) |
| Project: | West Northamptonshire is currently going through a period of significant development and massive growth, which has created both challenges and opportunities for the area. West Northamptonshire Development Corporation is keen to find a smarter way of using development funds that would properly involve all partners including the public, private voluntary and community sectors and deliver services in a better way. WNDC had successfully aligned a wide variety of stakeholders and succeeded in getting agreement in principle to co-locating in multi-use buildings. FSquared was commissioned to develop a report to inspire the local stakeholders about what can be achieved in multi-use buildings by highlighting areas of best practice, for example in health, education and community facilities. The report was launched at a Best Practice Stakeholder Seminar with presentations, debates and workshops by successful projects. |
