Use: In development agreements, planning approvals (through section 106), construction contracts and Land sales Focus: Articulating the sustainability themes which are key to Walsall MBC and local stakeholders as this will drive out higher quality responses from the private sector. Capturing commitments contractually and monitoring delivery through a small sustainability KPI’s: Trainees, Equality and diversity, Local economic advantage, Carbon emissions. Outcome: To drive out the maximum social and economic impact from over £700 million of new development.
