Working with Lowry Homes, FSquared has developed proposals around Affordable Housing, Employment and Training and Consultation. |

Outcomes
Plans include: Working with the Asian Development Association of Bury and local colleges to train local people in construction skills; Facilitating sessions with Bury Council to explore the aspirations and options around Affordable Housing; Identifying potential new community development activities and ways to ensure the redevelopment supports local groups and initiatives; Identifying and removing barriers to participation by considering issues like language, childcare, catering, venues, cultural differences, etc. into account. As the development moves into the delivery stage and we will begin the process of delivering the outcomes which have been identified in order to ensure that the project will contribute to the revitalisation of the area.
