Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (MBC) is at an important stage in the development of individual masterplans for three of its housing estates. The Council has commissioned FSquared as an Independent Community Advisor (ICA) to undertake community development work with residents and stakeholders prior to and during the masterplanning contract.
